明日10月10日（土）から第9回全国障がい者スポーツ大会（トキめき新潟大会）が開催されます。
開会式は新潟市の東北電力ビッグスワンスタジアムで行われますが、フライングディスク競技が行われる長岡市営陸上競技場では、競技の前に開始式が行われます。
■日程■
１０日（土） 開 始 式 午前 ９：３０〜１０：１５
競技時間 午前１１：４０〜１４：３５ （彩乃さん12：20頃〜）
１１日（日） 競技時間
午前１０：００〜１５：５５ （彩乃さん11：00頃〜）
■競技内容■
*直径２３，５ｃｍ、重量１００±５ｇのプラスチック製円盤を投げて競う競技。
*アキュラシー・・・円形ゴールを狙ってディスクを10枚投げ、ゴールの中を通った数を競う
*ディスタンス・・・ディスクを３枚投げ、最も飛距離の長い着地点を計測する
夢ハウスから彩乃さんが出場されます。
緊張でドキドキしていることと思いますが、知っている人たちの顔が見えれば、きっと緊張がほぐれリラックスできると思います。
ご都合のつく方は、ぜひ市営陸上競技場まで足をお運びください。

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
