２月２６日１９時３０分から夢ハウスけやきの家で開催されたけやき役員会の報告です。
（出席者：佐藤副会長、斉藤事務局長、荒井、山岸、植田、丸山指導員）
１．委員会報告
●運営 徳長指導員が２月末で都合により退職されます。３月31〜４月３日休所します。
●研修 けやき通信38号発行しました。
２上映会決算について
●上映会自体の利益は464千円でした。（前回は556千円）
●夢ハウスオリジナル商品売上は97千円で過去最高でした。ステンシルカレンダーの貢献が大でした。
３．入所式について
●４月４日（土）午前10時より式典（志田彩乃さんが新規利用されます）
●ご案内状発送先を検討しました。案内状は来週山岸委員長が作成し、発送します。
４．卒業後のけやき会員のへの対応＜案＞について ＊詳細は添付別紙参照（パソコン受信の方のみ）
●会全体組織を次のように整理します。
�けやきの会会員（養護学校在校生の保護者。同時にＮＰＯ会員になります）
�ＮＰＯ法人会員
�賛助会会員
＊養護学校を卒業される会員については、卒業前に、上記３区分のうち、�か�のどれを選ぶか意向をお聞きします。
また、現在けやきの会のＯＢとして登録されている方々へも文書を発送します。
●委員会組織を �けやきの会所属の委員会 �ＮＰＯ法人所属の委員会 に整理します。
また、�ＮＰＯ法人所属の委員会として「会員連絡委員会」を新設します。
なお、月例役員会については、けやき役員会とＮＰＯ法人役員会を同時開催し、各委員会委員長の正副委員長も出席とします。
５．夢ハウス指導員の後任について
徳長指導員の退職にともなって、後任を探しておりましたが、田所菜穂子さんにお願いすること決定し、ご本人からも了解をいただきました。
４月１日から勤務をお願いする予定です。
６．役員、学校職員との年度末反省会について
３月１４日に開催予定です。
けやき役員会を18時から松葉館で開催し、その後けやき担当の先生を加えて反省会の予定です。
７．次回役員会
松葉館（長岡市坂之上1-1-4）にて ３月１４日１８時〜
